I brought my 2013 Chevy Tahoe to have a service hybrid system message diagnosed. The tech diagnosed as the wheel speed sensor saying that the truck has regenerative breaking which I know for a fact it does not have. And I ran a code scan on it myself with my works snap on scanner and found codes that weren’t even listed, which tells me the tech did a half assed job with scanning and diagnosing my truck. I will not be returning to this dealership for service ever again.

At checkout time I requested that my amount due be taken out of my awards account. Your cashier said she could not do that. I called my Barkleys credit card agent and he informed me that she could have checked by using my credit card number, as your sales agents do all the time, to get my GM account and apply the charge. He helped me set up the GM account so in the future I can charge to that account. I will probably never use your facility again because of the way I was treated. ..

Went in for oil and filter change, and tire rotation.Came back with a couple maintenance suggestions which I agreed on air filter change. I looked at multi point check list and everything came back okay.But they said I might have oil coolant leaking at the lines. I did not choose that at this time due to cost. I got the truck home and did an underhood look for possible visual leaking and noticed the antifreeze container was completely empty. Should have been topped off upon inspection. Didn't check window wash but assumed all fluids were checked. I had the truck on a friend's lift for a tailpipe hangar replacement and he told me there were one or two more bad hangers, yet nothing was flagged for exhaust system on multi point inspection.
